Multi-channel hydrogen charging device for solid-state hydrogen storage cylinders

This system is a multi-channel solid-state hydrogen storage cylinder filling unit custom-developed by our company to meet the large‑scale filling demand of solid‑state hydrogen storage cylinders.It is equipped with 100–500 optional filling ports per unit, together with an integrated system for filling safety, hydrogen status monitoring and temperature management.

Low-pressure solid-state hydrogen storage refueling system

The system has been recognized as a “First-set of Major Technical Equipment”by the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2025.It has a hydrogen storage capacity of up to 100 kg (customized products with different capacities are available according to customer requirements) and adopts an integrated containerized skid-mounted design.

Solid-state hydrogen storage powertrain for hydrogen energy two-wheelers

This powertrain adopts a 350W cathode closed air-cooled fuel cell stack combined with an 80g solid-state hydrogen storage cylinder, and can be custom-designed to meet application requirements at different altitudes, temperatures (-20°C to 35°C) and humidity levels (5%~80%).

Solid-state hydrogen storage device for hydrogen-powered heavy-duty trucks

The company has developed a dedicated solid state hydrogen storage device for 49 -ton hydrogen fuel heavy truck,which adopts solid-gas coupling technology integrating solid-state hydrogen storage and high-pressure gas cylinders.This technology can accommodate both short-haul drayage and long-haul trunk transportation scenarios,enabling efficient multi-scenario operations.

The company has developed a dedicated solid state hydrogen storage device for 6-ton loader. Leveraging the high volumetric storage density and large self-weight of the solid state hydrogen storage, this design serves two purposes simultaneously: it not only effectively meets the counterweight requirements of the loader,but also greatly increases the hydrogen storage capacity,achieving the dual advantages of functional integration and extended operating range.
